🚗 Description and terms of chartered car service

The charter fee includes︰

  1. The car charter service already includes: driver's working hours, car fuel, highway tolls and parking fees.
    • Attraction tickets and other activity fees are not included.
  2. Top Leisure Sdn. Bhd. It is a legally registered travel agency in Malaysia, which can be found on the website of the Tourism Board.
    • All vehicles are regularly maintained and pass the annual inspection and certification of the Land Transport Bureau; all drivers hold a commercial driver's license, which is safe and reliable.
  3. The chartered driver is not a tour guide certified by the Tourism Bureau, so he does not provide full guided tours or in-depth commentary services.
    • However, the driver can provide practical information and itinerary suggestions, such as popular attractions, check-in food, route planning, etc.

    • If you need professional guided tour services, it is recommended to hire another qualified tour guide (additional charge is required).
  4. Chartered one-day tour for:Continuous timing service, Cannot be segmented, waited for, or renewed the next day.
  5. The quotations are all "point-to-point" delivery itinerary, including the starting point and destination.
    • If you need to make a stopover (e.g. dining, shopping, coin exchange, scenic spot visit), please let us know before making an appointment so that another quotation can be made.
  6. For chartered car trips for more than two consecutive days, if you need to spend the night in a foreign country, you must make up for the accommodation fee of the driver and guide, MYR150 per night (additional during peak season).
  7. When booking a car, you must first pay 20% of the total amount as the reservation fee to keep the vehicle and the driver.
    • After both parties confirm, it will be deemed to be a formal appointment. If the itinerary is cancelled or changed within 15 days before the departure date, the booking fee will not be refunded.
  8. The confirmed number of days of travel cannot be changed or cancelled halfway to avoid affecting the driver and vehicle schedule. If temporarily cancelled or changed, the full amount will be charged according to the original itinerary.
  9. After the vehicle is reserved, the remaining balance should be paid in one lump sum on the day of meeting on the first day.
  10. Provide Chinese, English and Cantonese charter services，Do not carpool, do not join groups。 The number of passengers is limited to the number of passengers approved by the vehicle. Luggage is not included. Please do not overload it.
  11. After completing the reservation, the company will provide the driver's name and license plate number 1-2 days before departure.
  12. All foreign passengers must fill in three days before departure

The charter fee does not include︰

  1. Any personal consumption and expenses not mentioned in the above content.
  2. Overtime/over-kilometer fee：
    • 4 seats: MYR60 per hour
    • 5-10 seats (except Alphard): MYR80 per hour
    • 14-16 seats / Alphard: MYR100 per hour
  3. Overtime will not be billed within 30 minutes; more than 30-60 minutes will be billed as 1 hour, and so on.
  4. The attractions in the itinerary can be reasonably changed within the range of the route, and the catering and attraction tickets must be taken care of by themselves.
  5. If it is a "point-to-point" delivery charter, you cannot temporarily request additional pick-up or wait for service.
  6. Tickets, food and beverage fees, service fees and tips are not included.
  7. Charter services during the Chinese New Year will be priced separately, so reservations cannot be made in this system.
  8. If reservations are temporarily unavailable on other dates, please contact us directly to inquire and confirm feasible arrangements.

Warm reminder：

  1. If there are no force majeure factors such as major weather or festive traffic jams, the charter service will proceed as usual.
  2. Passengers are advised to bring their own rain gear (raincoat or umbrella) in case of a rainy day.

Refund and change instructions：

  1. If you need to change or cancel your reservation, please notify and get confirmation at least 15 days before departure.
    • 20% of the exchange rate difference and handling fee will be deducted.
  2. Once the reservation during the Chinese New Year is confirmed, no cancellation or refund will be accepted, please understand.

Airport transfer precautions：

  1. Please provide the correct arrival date, flight time and flight code.
  2. If a qualified tour guide from the Tourism Bureau is not hired, no sign-up service will be provided
  3. For pick-up and drop-off services departing or arriving during night hours (22:00-06:00), an additional subsidy of MYR50 is required.
  4. The waiting time for pick-up is subject to the arrival time of the flight and is limited to 1 hour; MYR50 will be charged every hour for overtime.
  5. If the flight is delayed, please notify customer service and driver by text message or email. If no notice is received, the driver will leave the airport in 1 hour.
  6. Please provide the exact number of passengers and the number/size of luggage at the time of booking in order to arrange a suitable model.
