This "Charter Service Description and Terms" (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") applies to all Top Leisure Sdn. Bhd.(Hereinafter referred to as the "company") provides charter and transfer services.
Please read these terms in detail before booking. Once the reservation is completed, it is deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to all the following.

### Section 1-The charter fee includes

The car charter service already includes: driver's working hours, car fuel, highway tolls and parking fees.
Attraction tickets and other activity fees are not included.
Top Leisure Sdn. Bhd. It is a legally registered travel agency in Malaysia, which can be found on the website of the Tourism Board.
All vehicles are regularly maintained and pass the annual inspection and certification of the Land Transport Bureau; all drivers hold a commercial driver's license, which is safe and reliable.

### Section 2-Driver and Tour Guide Services

The chartered driver is not a tour guide certified by the Tourism Bureau, so he does not provide full guided tours or in-depth commentary services.
The driver can provide practical information and itinerary suggestions, such as popular attractions, check-in food, route planning, etc.
You can also refer to our selected itinerary suggestions to make the journey smoother.
If you need professional guided tour services, it is recommended to hire another qualified tour guide (additional charge is required).

### Section 3–Service Scope and Itinerary Specifications

Chartered one-day tour for:Continuous timing service, Cannot be segmented, waited for, or renewed the next day.
The quotations are all "point-to-point" delivery itinerary, including the starting point and destination.
If you need to make a stopover (e.g. dining, shopping, coin exchange, scenic spot visit), please let us know before making an appointment so that another quotation can be made.
For chartered car trips for more than two consecutive days, if you need to spend the night in a foreign country, you must make up for the accommodation fee of the driver and guide, every night. MYR150(Additional during peak season).
Provide charter services in Chinese, English, and Cantonese. No carpool or group sharing is allowed.
The number of passengers is limited to the number of passengers approved by the vehicle. Luggage is not included. Please do not overload it.
After completing the reservation, the company will provide the driver's name and license plate number 1-2 days before departure.
All foreign passengers must fill in three days before departure Malaysia Digital Entry Card (MDAC), And confirm that the passport is valid for at least six months.

### Section 4-Booking and Payment Terms

The total amount must be paid when booking a car 20% as booking fee, In order to retain the vehicle and driver guide.
After both parties confirm, it will be deemed to be a formal appointment.
If before departure If you cancel or change your itinerary within 15 days, the booking fee will not be refunded.
The confirmed number of days of travel cannot be changed or cancelled halfway to avoid affecting the driver and vehicle schedule.
If temporarily cancelled or changed, the full amount will be charged according to the original itinerary.
After the vehicle is reserved, please pay the remaining balance atPay in one lump sum on the first day of meeting。

### Section 5–The charter fee is not included

Any personal consumption and expenses not mentioned in the above content.
Tickets, food and beverage fees, service fees and tips.
Overtime/over-kilometer fee: 4 seats: per hour MYR60, 5-10 seats (except Alphard): per hour MYR80,14-16 seats/Alphard: per hour MYR100
Overtime will not be billed within 30 minutes; more than 30-60 minutes will be billed as 1 hour, and so on.
The attractions in the itinerary can be reasonably changed within the range of the route, and the cost of meals and tickets must be taken care of by yourself.
If it is a "point-to-point" delivery charter, you cannot temporarily request additional pick-up or wait for service.

### Chapter 6-Refund and Change Instructions

If you need to change or cancel your reservation, please at least one day before departure 15 days notice and confirmation。
Will be deducted 20% exchange rate difference and handling fee。
Once the reservation during the Chinese New Year is confirmed, no cancellation or refund will be accepted, please understand.
If there are no force majeure factors such as major weather or festive traffic jams, the charter service will proceed as usual.
Passengers are advised to bring their own rain gear (raincoat or umbrella) in case of a rainy day.

### Chapter 7-Precautions for Airport Transfers

Please provide the correct arrival date, flight time and flight code.
If a qualified tour guide from the Tourism Bureau is not hired, no sign-up service will be provided.
Pick-up and drop-off services departing or arriving during night hours (22:00-06:00) are subject to additional subsidies MYR50。
The waiting time for pick-up is subject to the arrival time of the flight and is limited to 1 hour; overtime will be charged every hour MYR50。
If the flight is delayed, please notify customer service and driver by text message or email.
If no notice is received, the driver will leave the airport in 1 hour.
Please provide the exact number of passengers and the number/size of luggage at the time of booking in order to arrange a suitable model.

### Chapter 8-Description of Festivals and Special Hours

Charter services during the Chinese New Year will be priced separately, so it is not possible to book directly on this website.
If online booking is temporarily unavailable for other dates, please contact us directly to inquire and confirm feasible arrangements.

### Chapter 9-Other Terms

The company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
If there are any outstanding matters, the negotiation between the two parties or the relevant laws of Malaysia shall prevail.
