Bhd.<\/strong>(Hereinafter referred to as the \"company\") provides charter and transfer services.<br>Please read these terms in detail before booking. Once the reservation is completed, it is deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to all the following.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>### Section 1-The charter fee includes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The car charter service already includes: driver's working hours, car fuel, highway tolls and parking fees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attraction tickets and other activity fees are not included.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Top Leisure Sdn. Bhd.<\/strong> It is a legally registered travel agency in Malaysia, which can be found on the website of the Tourism Board.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All vehicles are regularly maintained and pass the annual inspection and certification of the Land Transport Bureau; all drivers hold a commercial driver's license, which is safe and reliable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>### Section 2-Driver and Tour Guide Services<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The chartered driver is not a tour guide certified by the Tourism Bureau, so he does not provide full guided tours or in-depth commentary services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The driver can provide practical information and itinerary suggestions, such as popular attractions, check-in food, route planning, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can also refer to our selected itinerary suggestions to make the journey smoother.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you need professional guided tour services, it is recommended to hire another qualified tour guide (additional charge is required).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>### Section 3\u2013Service Scope and Itinerary Specifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Chartered one-day tour for:<strong>Continuous timing service<\/strong>, Cannot be segmented, waited for, or renewed the next day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The quotations are all \"point-to-point\" delivery itinerary, including the starting point and destination.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you need to make a stopover (e.g. dining, shopping, coin exchange, scenic spot visit), please let us know before making an appointment so that another quotation can be made.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For chartered car trips for more than two consecutive days, if you need to spend the night in a foreign country, you must make up for the accommodation fee of the driver and guide, every night. <strong>MYR150<\/strong>(Additional during peak season).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide charter services in Chinese, English, and Cantonese. No carpool or group sharing is allowed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The number of passengers is limited to the number of passengers approved by the vehicle. Luggage is not included. Please do not overload it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After completing the reservation, the company will provide the driver's name and license plate number 1-2 days before departure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All foreign passengers must fill in three days before departure <strong>Malaysia Digital Entry Card (MDAC)<\/strong>, And confirm that the passport is valid for at least six months.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>### Section 4-Booking and Payment Terms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The total amount must be paid when booking a car <strong>20% as booking fee<\/strong>, In order to retain the vehicle and driver guide.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After both parties confirm, it will be deemed to be a formal appointment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If before departure <strong>If you cancel or change your itinerary within 15 days, the booking fee will not be refunded.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The confirmed number of days of travel cannot be changed or cancelled halfway to avoid affecting the driver and vehicle schedule.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If temporarily cancelled or changed, the full amount will be charged according to the original itinerary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After the vehicle is reserved, please pay the remaining balance at<strong>Pay in one lump sum on the first day of meeting<\/strong>\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>### Section 5\u2013The charter fee is not included<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any personal consumption and expenses not mentioned in the above content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tickets, food and beverage fees, service fees and tips.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Overtime\/over-kilometer fee: 4 seats: per hour <strong>MYR60<\/strong>, 5-10 seats (except Alphard): per hour <strong>MYR80<\/strong>,14-16 seats\/Alphard: per hour <strong>MYR100<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Overtime will not be billed within 30 minutes; more than 30-60 minutes will be billed as 1 hour, and so on.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The attractions in the itinerary can be reasonably changed within the range of the route, and the cost of meals and tickets must be taken care of by yourself.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If it is a \"point-to-point\" delivery charter, you cannot temporarily request additional pick-up or wait for service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>### Chapter 6-Refund and Change Instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you need to change or cancel your reservation, please at least one day before departure <strong>15 days notice and confirmation<\/strong>\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Will be deducted <strong>20% exchange rate difference and handling fee<\/strong>\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the reservation during the Chinese New Year is confirmed, no cancellation or refund will be accepted, please understand.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If there are no force majeure factors such as major weather or festive traffic jams, the charter service will proceed as usual.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passengers are advised to bring their own rain gear (raincoat or umbrella) in case of a rainy day.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>### Chapter 7-Precautions for Airport Transfers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Please provide the correct arrival date, flight time and flight code.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a qualified tour guide from the Tourism Bureau is not hired, no sign-up service will be provided.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pick-up and drop-off services departing or arriving during night hours (22:00-06:00) are subject to additional subsidies <strong>MYR50<\/strong>\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The waiting time for pick-up is subject to the arrival time of the flight and is limited to 1 hour;
